受限空间沉积粉尘二次飞扬特征及数值分析

【摘要】 为得到井工煤矿巷道内沉积粉尘二次扬尘运动特征,以梯形体沉积粉尘三维模型为研究对象,对环境风速、密度、粒径、含水率等4因素条件下扬尘分布进行研究,并采用CFD数值模拟与现场测定方法对实验准确性进行验证.研究结果表明:受限空间内环境风速是影响沉积粉尘的二次飞扬的主要因素;风速的增加改变了粉尘扩散的分布趋势;通过增大含水率,造成扬尘量显著降低,证明含水率的改变与扬尘量呈现出负指数变化;实验结果与数值模拟和现场实测数据较为吻合,该方法能准确研究粉尘的二次飞扬特征.

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the secondary fugitive dust movement characteristics of the deposition dust in coal mining roadway, the three dimensional model of trapezoidal deposition dust was taken as the research object and the dust distribution under the four factors of ambient wind speed, density, particle size and water content was studied, and the CFD numerical simulation and field measurements data were used to verify the model accuracy. The results show that the ambient wind speed is the main factor affecting the secondary dust emission in confined space; Increasing of wind speed changes distribution trend of dust dispersion; By increasing the moisture content of dust, the amount of fugitive dust is significantly reduced, which proved that the change of moisture content and the secondary dust characteristics showed a inverse relation;The error between the three measurements data results are less in experimental conditions indicating that the method can more accurately describe the characteristics of secondary fugitive dust emission.
