室外空气计算参数确定方法比较

【摘要】 针对不同国家的专家学者对室外空气计算参数认识和计算确定方法的不同,在对比分析各国规范关于室外空气计算参数确定方法的基础上,以天津气象站30 a气象观测资料为依据,分别按照不同国家的确定方法对天津市的室外空气计算参数进行比较分析.计算结果表明:各国室外空气计算参数的形式和统计年限有所差异,中国基于固定不保证时长的规范与英美等国基于浮动不保证率的确定方法不同,地域气候条件是影响室外空气计算参数确定方法的关键因素;英美等发达国家关于室外空气计算参数的确定方法并不优于中国现行的规范标准.

【Abstract】 Aiming at the difference of experts and scholars from different countries understanding and calculation determining methods of calculation parameters, on the basis of making comparative analysis of different national norms of outdoor air parameters determination and meteorological data of Tianjin Station for 30 years, this paper utilized methods of different countries to determine outdoor air calculation parameters of Tianjin meteorological data and performed comparative analysis. The results show that the form and statistical life of parameters calculated by different countries are discrepant, and Chinese standard based on not guaranteed fixed length of time is different with the methods of Britain and other countries which is not guarantee floating rate. Regional climate conditions are the key factors influencing the calculation method for determining the parameters of outdoor air, and the determine methods of calculation parameters of Britain and other countries are not better than our current specifications.
