强震下智能隔震支座研制及恢复力分析

【摘要】 为减小强地震对建筑破坏带来的损失,隔震装置就显得尤为重要,目前比较好的结构控制法之一是结构半主动控制.本文用形状记忆合金(SMA)和叠层橡胶支座以及温感控制器三者结合研制在强震下以半主动控制的方式的智能隔震支座,分析并研究了半主动控制的智能隔震支座的工作过程以及工作原理,用结构动力学分析法写出了运动方程,用MATLAB编程计算拟合实验数据.分析结果表明:叠层橡胶支座、SMA复合支座以及半主动智能隔震支座均具有较好的隔震效果;半主动智能隔震支座的隔震效果明显比叠层橡胶支座和SMA复合支座隔震效果要好,尤其是在强震下会表现的更加突出.这为结构振动控制控的隔震设计以及工程实际应用提供微薄的理论基础.

【Abstract】 In order to reduce losses of building damage caused by strong earthquakes, seismic isolation device is particularly important, one of the better structure control law is now semi-active control structure. By using the shape memory alloy(SMA) and laminated rubber bearings and temperature develop a sense of control in the combination of the three semi-active control of earthquake intelligent way isolator, this paper studied the process of intelligence work and the working principle of isolation bearing semi-active control, derived the equations of motion through structural dynamics analysis, and utilized the MATLAB programming to fit the experiment data. The results show that laminated rubber bearings, SMA composite bearing isolator and semi-active intelligence have better isolation effect; semi-active intelligent separated isolators pronounced than the effect of vibration isolation rubber bearings and bearing isolator MSA composite effect is better, especially in the earthquake which will appear more prominent. This provides a theoretical basis for the meager control of structural vibration control design and engineering application isolation.
