【摘要】 为了使短肢剪力墙结构能够安全、经济地运用到工程实践中,通过对短肢剪力墙的力学性能进行分析,结合鞍山市"都市阳光"小区高层住宅短肢剪力墙结构设计,对结构选型、结构布置、剪力墙数量等问题进行了探讨。在剪力墙壁率的计算中建议考虑建筑总高度和建筑层数的因素;同时将短肢剪力墙与异形柱框架结构在适应程度及经济方面进行了对比,短肢剪力墙具有更好的安全及经济性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to make the short-pier shear wall applied to the engineering practice safely and economically,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of the short-pier shear wall,combines with a high building short-pier shear wall structure design and discusses some problems such as structure form selection,structure arrange and the number of short-pier shear wall.Then this paper presents a reasonable structure,we also should consider the total height of the building and the building level factors in the calculation of the rate of the shear wall.We also contrast the short-pier shear wall with the special shape column frame structure in aspect of capability and price,the short-pier shear wall has the better security and economic performance.更多还原
