汽车发动机连杆在拉压工况下的可靠性分析

【摘要】 利用ANSYS有限元软件对连杆结构进行应力分析,获得了连杆结构在拉压工况下的应力强度分布,结果表明:该连杆在受拉压两种工况下最大等效应力出现在连杆小头孔的内表面上,拉压工况下其值分别为15.1MPa和161.0MPa。然后利用ANSYS有限元软件中的蒙特卡罗法来分析连杆结构的可靠性,经过分析获得了连杆结构在置信度为95%的情形下,初值极限状态Z<0(Z=σs-σmax,其中σmax为容器在使用过程中出现的最大应力,σs为材料的屈服强度)的概率平均值为2.62%,即说明连杆的可靠度为97.38%,以及获得了该连杆结构的载荷分布柱状图和屈服极限抽样过程图,通过分析可知:该连杆结构是安全可靠的。

【Abstract】 ANSYS finite element software was applied to analysis the stress of connecting rod working in tension and compression conditions to obtain the stress intensity distribution.The result show that the greatest stress is at the inner surface of the connecting rod small end hole and the maximum stress intensity value are 15.1 MPa and 161.0 MPa.Then using the ANSYS finite element software to analysis the reliability of connecting rod and Monte-Carlo method was chosen.According to that obtained the mean probability is 2.62% when the connecting rod in the 95 % confidence level and initial limit state Z<0(Z=σs-σmax;in which σmax is the maximum stress occurred during the container used and σs is yield strength of material).In other words,the reliability of the connecting rod is 97.38%,and acquire the load distribution histogram and sampling process picture of connecting rod,so it is safe.
