基于分层组合法推导钢骨—钢管高强混凝土抗弯承载力

【摘要】 为了研究钢骨-钢管高强混凝土的抗弯性能,采用截面分层组合法汇编非线性分析程序,分析不同钢管强度、钢骨强度、钢管厚度、钢骨截面惯性矩和混凝土强度等级对组合构件的抗弯力学性能的影响,并对计算结果回归分析,得出实用的抗弯承载力计算公式。研究结果表明:以上因素对其抗弯力学性能有不同程度的影响,但是钢管壁厚的变化对组合构件的抗弯力学性能影响幅度最大;抗弯承载力计算公式与试验结果整体吻合良好。研究结论对合理利用材料来提高组合构件的抗弯承载力,以及对组合构件的抗弯承载力计算是有实际工程意义的。

【Abstract】 In order to study the bending performance of steel tubular steel-reinforced concrete(STSRHC),nonlinear analysis programs were assembled by sectional layered method.And then the impact of different yield stress of steel tube,different inserted steel bar strength,different thickness of steel tube,different steel bar moment of inertia and different concrete strength on the bending behavior of the composite members were analyzed using these programs.Finally apractical formula for calculating flexural bearing capacity was obtained through regression analysis of the results.The results indicate that the above mentioned parameters have different influences on the bending mechanical properties,with the thickness of steel tube being the major one.In addition,the calculated results of the formula agree well with those of the experimental ones.The conclusions of this study have practical engineering significance on improving the bending performance of the composite members through rational utilization of materials as well as calculating the capacity.
