茨里沟泥石流灾害评价

【摘要】 "5.12"地震后,灾区地质环境十分复杂,区内滑坡、崩塌等地质灾害发育,为泥石流发育提供了大量松散物源,在强降雨条件下,极易形成泥石流灾害,严重威胁灾区人民的生产生活[1]。通过汶川县茨里沟灾害调查评价,详细分析了该泥石流成因机制、发生频率、发展趋势和危险性程度,通过计算泥石流基本特征值,提出"以拦为主"的防治措施,使泥石流威胁区域内危险程度降低,对改善当地地质环境和生态环境,防灾、减灾效益和社会效益明显[2]。

【Abstract】 After the"5. 12"earthquake,the geological environment of the inflicted area has become very complex,the development of landslide,collapse and other geological disasters in the area provides a lot of loose material source for the development of debris flow. Under the condition of heavy rainfall,it is prone to cause debris flow disasters,which will put a serious threat to the people’s livelihood. Based on the survey and assessment of debris flow hazard of Cili gully in Wenchuan county,the debris flow formation mechanism,characteristics,frequency,risk degree and the development trend were analysed in detail. According to the calculation of the basic characteristics of debris flow value,the prevention measure of "retaining primarily"was put forward. This measure will reduce the risk of the onset of debris flows to the endangered area and improve the local geological and ecological environment,as well as enhance the benefits of disaster prevention and mitigation,along with other social benefits.
