【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> A hierarchy structure model is established in the assessment of floodwater’s discharge safety. When the model is analyzed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),the influencing coefficients (weighted coefficient)of factors influencing the floodwater’s discharge safety are obtained. Then,the fuzzy comprehensive judgement theory is applied to give a comprehensive judgement of the floodwater’s discharge safety system and a scientific and reasonable assessment.更多还原
