【Abstract】 As a molecular marker, SNP has important research and promotion value in many fields such as biology. Therefore, the number of patent applications for inventions related to SNP is increasing year by year. Whether for patent examiners or applicants, how to carry out effective SNP retrieval is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper brie?y introduces the de? nition and characteristics of SNP, and summarizes the common databases of SNP. Finally, it introduces the retrieval of SNP in NCBI, UCSC and ENSEMBL databases with actual cases, with a view to providing reference for patent examiners or applicants in SNP ?elds.更多还原
