【Abstract】 "Inscription" as a unique form of landscape art expression based on Chinese classical culture, it has the important role of "point scene, title scene", can effectively give the landscape space a cultural connotation. The article applies"inscription"to the landscape design of Changsha historical and cultural trails, and draws on the imagery expression of poetry and essays to promote the harmonious and unified isomorphic relationship between landscape visual form and cultural connotation, and enhance the cultural connotation of landscape culture.
