【摘要】 目的分析对比腹腔镜剔除术与经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法从我院2016年9月～2018年9月接收的子宫肌瘤患者中选50例。并按照随机分组原理分为对照组与观察组,两组患者均25例。对照组患者经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜剔除术治疗。对照分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果对比分析两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间,观察组患者各项指标均较优,统计分析数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;且对照组患者术后复发要高于观察组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术与腹腔镜剔除术均具有较好的效果,相对比腹腔镜剔除术效果更好,可减少术后复发,具有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic myomectomy and transabdominal myomectomy in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods 50 patients with uterine leiomyoma received in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected. According to the principle of random grouping, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in both groups. The control group was treated by abdominal myomectomy, while the observation group was treated by laparoscopic myomectomy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Comparing and analyzing the operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the two groups, the indexes of the observation group were better, and the statistical analysis data were P<0.05, which accorded with the statistical significance; and the recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Transabdominal myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy have better effects than laparoscopic myomectomy, which can reduce the recurrence of uterine myomectomy and has the value of popularization and application.更多还原
