工业锅炉水处理交换树脂失效时机识别研究与应用

【摘要】 由于工业锅炉作业人员对水处理交换树脂失效时机把控不准,在运行中,往往错过再生时机而引起锅水品质恶化,造成锅炉内结生水垢严重,甚至发生鼓疱、爆管等事故。本文通过对传统水处理工艺进行合理改造,并提出交换树脂再生时机经验判别方法,帮助作业人员及时采取相应措施,确保工业锅炉安全经济运行。

【Abstract】 As the industrial boiler operators could’t grasp the failing time of exchange resin for water treatment, they often missed the the opportunity of exchange resin regeneration in operation, and it caused the water quality deterioration, the scale to exist in Boiler and even caused swelling and tube explosion and so on. Based on the traditional water treatment process, reasonable improvement was put forward and the determination method of exchange resin regeneration time was Proposed in this paper. It will help operators to take immediate and corresponding measures to ensure the security and good economy for the boiler.
