复合材料蒙皮/长桁壁板结构优化设计
Design Optimization for Composite Skin/Stringer Panel
【摘要】 针对复合材料蒙皮、长桁组成的典型刀型加筋结构,提出了一个两级三层优化方法。第1级壁板结构的质量为目标函数,采用改进的可行方向法对壁板结构进行尺寸优化。第2级以壁板结构的屈曲临界载荷作为目标函数,采用多层复合形法对壁板结构进行加筋尺寸优化和遗传算法对复合材料蒙皮进行铺层顺序优化。最后通过算例验证了优化策略的合理性。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a two-level threestep optimization method for typical composite skin/stringer panels.In the first level,the improved feasible-direction method is used to optimize the weight of panel;and in the second level,the multilayer complex method is used in the stiffened composite panel buckling size design optimization.For further improving buckling load,this paper adopts Genetic Algorithm for stacking sequence optimization.Finally,a numerical example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the developed method.
