ACQ-D药液在幼龄杨树立木内的分布与固着状态

【摘要】 采用立木注药方法以0.50%、0.10%、0.02%体积分数的ACQ-D防腐药液对幼龄杨树进行注药防腐处理,测定不同高度横截面药液渗透面积的百分比,结合扫描电镜及能谱仪(SEM+EDS)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)观察和分析防腐药液在杨树立木中的分布与固着状态.结果表明:沿着树干高度方向,3种浓度药液在横截面上的渗透面积减小;药液主要分布在木材的导管和木纤维内,在木射线中分布较少,所含Cu元素主要是以二价形式存在于木材中.防腐药液在木材中的固着场所主要为半纤维素和木质素.

【Abstract】 The preservative treatment of young poplar living tree was carried out by injecting 0.5%,0.1% and 0.02% ACQ-D preservative.Proportions of cross-sectional area that preservative permeated were measured at different heights. Subsequently, scanning electron microscopy(SEM+EDS), XPS and FTIR were used to observe and analyze the distribution and fixation of preservative in poplar tree. The results showed that the distribution area of preservative reduced along the height. The preservative was mainly distributed in vessel and wood fiber and was less distributed in xylem ray. Copper mainly existed in the form of divalent. The fixation sites of copper were mainly hemicellulose and lignin.
