不同环境条件下PEMS设备重复性试验研究

【摘要】 车载排放测试技术采用便携式排放测试系统(PEMS)可反映整车实际道路条件下的排放水平,而得到世界各国的重视。车载排放测试技术引入初期,其循环测试重复性、中国环境条件的适用性、与法规级排放设备的差异等需要进一步的研究。该文基于带环境仓的底盘测功机,采用4种PEMS设备对同一车辆进行排放检测,研究不同环境条件下,各PEMS设备对CO2、CO、NOx、PN污染物排放测试重复性。该研究对PEMS设备在中国第六阶段排放测试中的应用具有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 The on-board emission test technology uses a portable emission measurement system(PEMS) to measure the level of emission under real road conditions and it is widely used over the word. The repeatability of different cycles, the applicability of China’s environmental conditions, and the differences with regulatory equipment should be further studied at the beginning of using PEMS in China. In this study, the emission test were carried out using four different brand PEMS equipment based on chassis dynamometer with environment room. The repeatability of CO2,CO,NOx,PN via different PEMS were studied under different environment conditions. This study has guiding significance for the application of PEMS equipment in emission testing of China Ⅵ stage.
