不同建群种植物多酚的变化情况比较

【摘要】 该文对胡杨、柽柳、锦鸡儿和芦苇不同建群种植物中多酚进行了测定,并分析了多酚含量随生长季的变化情况,发现在胡杨的树枝和树皮、柽柳枝和芦苇杆中,4月份多酚和黄酮类物质的含量都比7月份高,小叶锦鸡儿4月花期过后,多酚含量明显低于7月份的多酚含量。这些分布规律对于胡杨的抗虫害、柽柳的发枝和芦苇、锦鸡儿中营养物质的合成与吸收都有积极作用。初步探讨了极端环境下植物体内多酚类物质含量及其对逆境的响应。

【Abstract】 The polyphenols in Populus euphratica, Tamarix chinensis, Caragana and Phragmites australis were determined, and the change of polyphenols content with growing season was analyzed.There were more total polyphenols and flavanoids in April than in July in Tamarix ramosissima, Populus euphratica and Phragmites australis, while in Caragana there were more total polyphenols and flavanoids in April than in July. These distributions have positive effects on the insect resistance of Populus euphratica, the shoots of Tamarix chinensis and the synthesis and absorption of nutrients in reeds and Caragana. The content of polyphenols in plants under extreme environment and their response to stress were preliminarily discussed.
