蛋壳及膜对十二烷基苯磺酸钠的吸附研究

【摘要】 以鸡蛋壳为原料,采用化学方法分离鸡蛋壳和壳膜制备2种吸附材料,研究其对十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的吸附性能。分别考察了吸附剂用量、溶液pH、吸附时间和吸附温度等参数对吸附性能的影响,结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,鸡蛋壳的吸附量达8.29 mg/g,壳膜的吸附量达119.9 mg/g,蛋壳和壳膜的吸附过程均符合Freundlich等温吸附模型,并且均为自发、放热过程。另外,研究了蛋壳和壳膜的脱附性能,结果表明NaOH对蛋壳和壳膜的脱附率可达60%以上,说明蛋壳和壳膜在吸附SDBS后具有较好的可再生性。

【Abstract】 Eggshell as raw material, using chemical methods to separate its shell and membrane could obtain new adsorbent material, and its capacity of adsorption for sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) was studied. In this study, the main effect factors such as adsorbent dosages, pH values of solution, the adsorbent time and temperature were investigated respectively. The results showed that under the optimal experimental conditions, the maximum adsorption capacity of eggshell was 8.29 mg/g, and the membrane was 119.9 mg/g. The both absorption were accorded with the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model, and the processes of adsorption were spontaneous and exothermic. In addition, the desorption performance of egg shell and membrane was also studied, and it showed that NaOH could make the desorption rate of eggshell and membrane reach more than 60%, which indicated that the renewability of eggshell and membrane was well.
