聚乙烯脱气塔风振响应研究

【摘要】 聚乙烯脱气塔是主要用来支承大型工艺设备的特殊高耸结构,通常工程设计中较少进行动力计算。本文针对某聚乙烯脱气塔架建立了模拟设备的整体模型,进行了风荷载的模拟和风振响应时程分析,得到了相关结论。分析结果对今后此类结构设计具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 The polyethylene degassing tower as a special kind of high-rise tower is used to support heavy equipment,and usually it is seldom calculated with dynamic method in engineering design.In accordance with a degassing tower project,structural model with actual equipment shape is built.Wind load is simulated and wind vibration response is analyzed by using time history method.The analyses results show that the whole structural model with equipments meets high-rise structure rules and displacement of structure satisfies the standard requirement.The results have reference value for the future design of such kind of structure.
