福建省镇(乡)村既有建筑的抗震性能鉴定方法研究

【摘要】 在遭受同等地震烈度破坏条件下,镇(乡)村人口伤亡、建筑倒塌的破坏程度均远高于城市。福建省属于东南沿海活跃地震带,省内许多镇(乡)村位于抗震设防烈度较高的区域上,部分房屋建造时未考虑地震影响或考虑不周,福建省的镇(乡)村已经建成大量的存在抗震缺陷的建筑。本文主要对福建省镇(乡)村既有建筑的抗震性能鉴定方法进行研究,为政府部门提供科学的决策依据。

【Abstract】 In the same intensity of earthquake damage suffered in the town and village,the casualties and the collapse of the building are much higher than in the city.Fujian Province is located in the southeast coastal active seismic zone.There are many towns and villages in the higher seismic fortification intensity area.As some traditional construction methods didn’t consider the seismic or ill-considered,a large number of building constructions with seismic defects have been built in the town and village.The research on Fujian town and village existing buildings’ seismic behaviour appraisal is put forward in this paper,which is useful for the government to provide a scientific basis for decision making.
