焊接残余应力对焊接结构的影响
The Influence Of Welding residual StressTo Welded Steel Structure
【摘要】 焊接残余应力是焊件产生变形和开裂等缺陷的主要原因,由于其影响因素众多,本文分别从焊接残余应力对结构的刚度、受压杆件稳定性、静载强度、疲劳强度、构件脆性、焊件加工精度和尺寸稳定性等方面进行分析研究残余应力对焊接结构产生的影响。
【Abstract】 Welding residual stress is welded defects such as distortion and cracking of the main reasons,because of its large number of factors,Analysis of the welding residual stress on the stiffness of the structure,by the bar piece stability,static strength,fatigue,brittle components,weldment machining accuracy and dimensional stability analysis in areas such as welding residual stress on the impact of the structure.
