【Abstract】 The continued construction or story-adding is increasingly applied with the development of society and economy.The appraiser of existing building before continued construction or story-adding must be put forward firstly.The standard of appraiser,the rule of the appraiser and the methods of the appraiser are briefly presented in this paper,and the appraiser of the existing building before continued construction or story-adding is established with an engineering example,and the suggestions of the method are existed,which would be useful for similar project.更多还原
