【摘要】 本文通过对5.12汶川大地震灾后现场灾情以及灾后救助、抢险、规划重建工作等方面的调查,分析了目前的防灾现状水平,对城市防灾体系、救灾体系的建设,居民防灾意识的培养与训练,防灾、救灾策略及系统运作提出建议,供防灾减灾科学研究,政府机构制定相应政策法规,各职能部门的防灾、救灾运作参考。更多还原
