邻近地埋天然气管道的桥梁桩基爆破震动效应及控制措施

【摘要】 桥梁桩基爆破开挖施工产生的震动效应会对邻近天然气管道的安全造成威胁。结合河北省张家口至石家庄高速公路N-9标段钢构桥桩基爆破开挖工程,通过现场试验研究了桩基开挖爆破的震动效应及减震沟的减震作用,给出了桩基爆破震动衰减规律。试验结果表明,减震沟对爆破震动有一定的控制作用,研究结果对于加快临近地埋天然气管道的桩基施工进度、有效降低爆破震动有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Blasting vibration induced by bridge pile foundation construction may cause threat to adjacent to buried natural gas pipeline.According to the blasting construction of steel bridge pile foundation construction of Zhanjiakou-Shijiazhuang highway N-9 bid section,the spread feature of blasting vibration wave induced by the bridge pile foundation construction and the effect of digging ditch were studied by field test.The result shows that the vibration wave could be controlled by digging ditch to a certain degree,it has some referential value for quicken construction schedule of pile foundation nearby buried natural gas pipeline and reduce the blasting vibration wave.
