【Abstract】 The paper expatiated that the distinguish and relation between the earthquake prediction and earthquake disaster prediction, and analyzed that through the two ways such as nature scientific and society scientific research, to carry out earthquake disaster prediction so as to reach the aim of earthquake prevention and disaster relief.
