【Abstract】 In this paper, oriented several strong earthquakes occurred in Europe - Asia seismic belt which caused a great property loss and casualty, through discussion, we cognized that the major reason is vulnerability of anti -earthquake features of these buildings, and presented that the emphases of earthquake prevention and disaster relief have to turn the anti - earthquake design of cities.更多还原
