电站离心风机旋转失速机理分析及处理对策
Mechanism Analysis on Rotating Stall of Centrifugal Fans for Power Plant and Corresponding Countermeasures
【摘要】 介绍了离心风机旋转失速的产生机理,对离心风机吸力侧和压力侧旋转失速形成原因进行了分析,并且对风机失速状态下的振动特性和发展过程进行了描述,揭示了离心风机失速的发展规律,提出了预防措施。
【Abstract】 An introduction is being presented to formation mechanisms of rotating stall encountered by centrifugal fans,while causes leading to two rotating stalls respectively occurring at the suction and pressure side analyzed.A description is made to vibration characteristics of fans under stall states,together with a stall development tendency revealed and necessary precautionary measures proposed.
