基于Gagge二节点模型的井下气候条件评价

【摘要】 基于人体的热舒适性评价井下气候条件的常用模型主要是Fanger单节点模型,该模型在偏冷或偏热的环境中有较大的误差。为更好地反映矿井气候,以兖州煤业集团东滩煤矿14309综放工作面为例,运用MATLAB求解简化后的Gagge二节点模型,得到工作面不同位置处人体皮肤温度的求解曲线,取稳定时的数值计算标准有效温度(SET),通过SET值反映矿井内人体的热舒适度。结果表明,矿工的皮肤温度与新陈代谢率呈正相关关系,而舒适程度则与之相反。采用已有的研究数据验证了Gagge二节点模型可以应用到井下气候条件评价中,相比于Fanger模型,该模型计算结果更精确。

【Abstract】 A common model for evaluating downhole climatic conditions based on human thermal comfort is primarily the Fanger single-node model,which has large errors in cold or hot environments. In order to better reflect the mine climate,taking14309 fully mechanized working face of Dongtan Coal Mine of Yanzhou Coal Mining Group as an example. The simplified Gagge two-node model was solved by MATLAB,the solution curve of skin temperature of human body at different positions of the working face was obtained,and the standard effective temperature( SET) at stable time was taken to reflect the thermal comfort of human body in the mine. The results show that the skin temperature of miners is positively correlated with the metabolic rate,while the comfort level is negatively correlated. The existing research data proves that the Gagge two-node model can be applied to the evaluation of downhole climatic conditions,compared with the Fanger model,the calculation results of this model are more accurate.
