【摘要】 《腾冲火山活动监测、预测与对策研究》项目是一项集火山活动监测研究、防灾及资源综合开发与利用为一体的系统工程。需要火山地质、地震、地球化学，地球物理、地壳形变及地热等诸多相关学科的合理配置和联合攻关。在过去的３０年，众多学者和研究实体对腾冲火山进行了大量的观察和研究，获得一批与火山活动相关的基础研究成果，其中也不乏说明腾冲火山存在潜在喷发危险性的证据。为了保证本重大项目能在有限的时间内及有限的人力、财力支撑下，明确研究目标，突出研究重点，实现前人研究背景上的新突破，笔者在总结已有研究成果的基础上，针对腾冲火山活动监测、预测与对策研究的若干重要问题提出一些看法，以供正在进行的各专题研究参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The project, Activity Monitoring, Prediction and Countermeasure Studies of Tengchong Volcano, is a systematic engineering, which get the activity monitoring, disaster prevention, synthetic development and utilization of sources together. So it needs reasonable disposition of multi-related disciplines and united studies, such as volcano geology, seismology, geochemistry, geophysics, crust deformation and geothermics. In the past 30 years, many scholars and study units have performed a lot of survey and studies. The achievements of basic studies related to volcano activity have been obtained, which indicate that there exist evidences of Tengchong volcano eruption risk. In order to guarantee a new breakthrough on background of forefathers’ studies with limited time, man power, and finance, clearing target and study keys, the author suggests some opinions for references to the special subject studies in the key problems of activity monitoring, prediction and countermeasure studies, based on the exised results.更多还原
