【Abstract】 In the period of the Tenth Five Year Plan(2001-2005),an Earthquake-emergency-command system was established in ZheJiang Province.We improve this system by developing a Pre-estimation System of Seismic Damage,which adopts the data of GDP,macro-architecture,and geographical factors of ZheJiang Province to get the fast estimation of the seismic damage by GIS technology.更多还原
