利用小波包变换对地震信号进行时频分析时小波基函数的选取
Selection of Wavelet Basis Function in Process of Time-frequency Analysis of Earthquake Signals using Wavelet Packet Transform
【摘要】 通过比较几种不同的小波基函数的幅频特性,并利用不同的小波基函数对模拟地震记录进行时频分析,以期找到可以更为准确地描述地震信号时频特性的小波基函数。结果表明:利用dmey小波基函数可以更为准确地描述模拟地震信号的时频变化特征,因此,利用小波包变换对地震信号进行时频分析时选取dmey小波基函数较为合适。
【Abstract】 Comparing amplitude-frequency characteristic of several different wavelet basis functions and carrying out time-frequency analysis of analog seismic record,we expect to find the wavelet basis function which exactly describes time-frequency characteristic of seismic signals while making time-frequency analysis with wavelet packet.Then,the result is that we can exactly describe time-frequency variation characteristics of analog seismic signals with wavelet basis function dmey.It means that wavelet basis function dmey is more appropriate for time-frequency analysis of earthquake signals using wavelet packet transform.
