【Abstract】 The characteristics of losses and damages in Shaanxi Province caused by MS8.0 Wenchuan earthquake are analyzed.On the basis of geological tectonics and regional environmental setting of Shaanxi,the characteristics of earthquake damages in the areas with different seismic intensities in Shaanxi and intensity anomalies in Chencang district of Baoji City and Xi’an City are studied.Some problems related to earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction are discussed too.更多还原
