【Abstract】 The video conference system which adopts Application-Layer Multicast technology can transmit data between different nodes.With tree-first method,we study the quick transfer of the earthquake information with modern digital technology.In this paper,we design a kind of video conference system.The simulation test proves that this system can transfer the sound and video signal in a convenient way,so it will be very practical in earthquake emergency.更多还原
