【Abstract】 A multi-based mixture program development and application system based on GIS,Zhejiang Provincial Earthquake Emergency Commanding Rehearsal System, was achieved and some techniques such as OLE Automation and VirtualGIS, etc.,were used in the development. The system realizes the combination of spatial analysis function and earthquake specialty models, and supplies a technique sustainment for earthquake emergency commanding.
