新型转动式铅剪切阻尼器的试验研究与有限元分析

【摘要】 提出了一种具有大变形能力的新型转动式铅剪切阻尼器,阐述了其基本构造和耗能原理。通过低周往复荷载试验,研究了不同位移行程工况下该阻尼器的滞回耗能性能;利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了该阻尼器的实体模型,模拟了低周往复荷载作用下该阻尼器的滞回特性,分析了铅块长度、高度和厚度等参数对其耗能性能的影响。性能试验及有限元分析结果表明:新型转动式铅剪切阻尼器滞回曲线基本呈矩形,且阻尼力稳定;阻尼器的阻尼力随剪切铅块长度和宽度的增加而增大;铅块厚度对阻尼器屈服力的影响较小,但在铅块长厚比不大于5的范围内,厚度越大,阻尼器进入屈服阶段时的位移越小。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a new type of rotating lead shear damper with large deformation capacity,and basic structure and energy dissipation principle of it are introduced.Hysteresis energy dissipation happening in different displacement condition is studied by low-frequency cyclic load testing on this rotating lead damper.The entity model of this damper is established by using the finite element software ABAQUS,the hysteretic property under low-frequency cyclic loading is simulated,and parameters which affect energy dissipation of this damper are analyzed.Property test and finite element analysis results show that:Hysteretic curve of this new rotating lead shear damper is approximately rectangular,and the damping force is stable;Damping force is in proportion to the length and width of shear lead;Thickness of lead has little effect on the damper yield strength,but with length to thickness ratio of the lead not greater than 5,the yield displacement is inversely proportional to the height of damper.
