基于核电标准的熔盐换热器应力分析
Stress Analysis of Molten Salt Heat Exchanger Based on Nuclear Power Standard
【摘要】 在熔盐反应堆中,熔盐换热器的设计温度较高,因此,高温下的容器材料将面临蠕变及蠕变—疲劳等失效问题。依据有关设计标准,按照应力设计准则、应变和变形设计准则、蠕变—疲劳设计准则,计算材料的强度极限。利用有限元分析软件进行建模与分析,按照ASME高温核电标准进行强度校核,确保核级设备的可靠性。
【Abstract】 The design temperature of molten salt heat exchanger in molten salt reactor is high,so the material in high temperature is faced with failure modes such as creep and creep-fatigue.Stress criteria,strain and deformation criteria and creep-fatigue strength criteria are the focus to calculate the strength limit of the material. The finite element model is built and analyzed on software ANSYS and checked according to ASME code for reliability.
