灌注桩抽芯钻进工况的自动识别

【摘要】 对钻孔灌注桩进行抽芯检验时,可能因钻头切断钢筋而使桩基承载力下降甚至整根桩报废。本文提出的方法可对钻头遇到钢筋的孔内工况进行自动识别,声光报警,并给出遇钢筋的深度,以防切断钢筋。文中还介绍了判断钢筋笼歪斜情况的简易方法。

【Abstract】 During the inspecting piles while coring from bore pile, it is possible that the rebars may be cut off by the bit,and result in which will decrease the capacity of the pile foundation and result in scrapping the pile. In order to avoid the cut off mentioned above,the paper provided the method which would be inspecting the status of drillingbit while coring from reinforced pile automatically. At the same time,it will send out alarm with sound and bright as well as point out the depth ofthe rebars. A simple and easy method which is possible to inspect the inclination of the cage of reinforcement is also introduced by the paper.
