【Abstract】 SCILAB and TCL/TK are used as the software platform to develop a train ticket pre-sale system based on face recognition.The methods for skin color detection and eye positioning are presented.These techniques are utilized in the system so as to develop this system.The system can meet the requirements for automatic and efficient operability and real name system.更多还原
