绿茶糖苷类黄酮提取工艺研究综述
Review on Extraction Technology of Green Tea Glycosides Flavonoids
【摘要】 绿茶糖苷类黄酮是绿茶提取物的重要成分之一,具有极强的生物活性,成为近年来研究的热点。文章以绿茶为原料,对绿茶糖苷类黄酮的提取方法进行综述,为绿茶糖苷类黄酮提取的研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Green tea glycoside flavonoids are one of the important components of green tea extracts, which have strong biological activity and become a research hotspot in recent years. In this paper, the extraction methods of green tea glycoside flavonoids were reviewed, which could provide reference for the research of extraction of green tea glycoside flavonoids.
