【摘要】 目的:观察五方散加冰片治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法:将70例脑卒中肩手综合征的患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组予常规治疗及康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上予五方散加冰片局部贴敷治疗。两组患者于治疗前后分别进行简化Fugle-Meyer运动功能测评、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、水肿评分比较及平均住院天数。结果:治疗前两组各项指标无统计学差异;治疗3周后,两组上肢及手的运动功能改善程度、手腕部疼痛的视觉模拟评分以及水肿评分较治疗前有统计学差异;但观察组变化较对照组更显著,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组平均住院天数较对照组短。结论:五方散加冰片治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效明显优于单纯的康复训练方法,有效缩短住院时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wufang San and borneol in treating post-stroke shoulder and hand syndrome after stroke. Methods: Seventy patients with shoulder and hand syndrome of cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients were given routine treatment and rehabilitation training, and the observation group was additionally given local application of Wufangsan and borneol. Simplified Fugle-Meyer motor function test, pain visual analogue scale(VAS), edema score and average hospitalization days were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in each index between the two groups. After 3 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in the improvement of upper limb and hand motor function, visual analogue score of wrist pain and edema score between the two groups.However, the changes in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the average hospitalization days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The curative effect of Wufangsan and borneol in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke is obviously better than that of simple rehabilitation training method, which can effectively shorten the hospitalization time.更多还原
