全段注浆预应力锚杆基本试验中极限承载力和安全系数的确定

【摘要】 根据全段一次性注浆预应力锚杆在张拉试验与正常工作中的受力特点,分析影响试验锚杆极限承载力和安全系数的因素,在此基础上,与现有规范相比较,针对其特点,提出运用这种锚杆试验应考虑自由段的摩阻来确定极限承载力和安全系数的方法,并对试验荷载达到规范规定的最大荷载而锚杆未破坏时,在综合经济、安全的前提下,提出对试验的认识。另外,通过实例比较,证实考虑摩阻力来确定极限承载力和安全系数的必要性。

【Abstract】 Based on the mechanical character mobilized in the work and in the pull-out experiment for the prestressed and whole-section grouted anchor rod,this paper deals with the parameters influencing the ultimate bearing capacity and the safty factor.Compared with the present specification, a method suitable to this kind of anchor rod experiment is suggested to determine the ultimate bearing capacity and safty factor by considering the friction along the free part.And then author′s thoughts to the test situation are provided under which the anchor rod did not fail when the load reaches the maximum limit given in the specifiation in the light of economics and safty.
