模糊综合评价在长输油气管道隧道现状调查的应用

【摘要】 隧道穿越是长输油气管道穿越山体常见方式,对服务年限长的隧道需要定期进行现状调查和综合评价。本文在甘肃境内兰成渝输油管道隧道现状调查工作基础上,将模糊综合评价应用于长输油气管道隧道现状调查工作中,包括建立适用的评价指标体系,利用专家评分法确定各层因素指标权重,根据隧道现状调查情况确定单因素隶属度,并以隧道实例说明评价步骤及计算过程。实际应用表明,模糊综合评价方法适用于长输油气管道隧道现状调查工作,建立的指标体系能反映和量化隧道现状调查各因素实际情况,评价结果能反映隧道整体现状情况,研究成果对国内长输管道隧道现状调查及综合评价具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 Tunnel crossing is a common way for long-distance oil and gas pipelines to cross mountains,The tunnels with long service life need to be investigated regularly and evaluated comprehensively.Based on the investigation of the present situation of Lanzhou-ChengduChongqing oil pipeline tunnels in Gansu Province,this paper applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the investigation of the present situation of long-distance oil and gas pipeline tunnels,including the establishment of an applicable evaluation index system,and the using of expert scoring method to determine the weight of each layer factor index,and the determination of the single factor membership degree according to the investigation of tunnels,and illustrates the evaluation steps and steps with examples of tunnels The calculation process.The practical application shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is suitable for the investigation of the present situation of long-distance oil and gas pipeline tunnels.The index system established can reflect and quantify the actual situation of various factors in the investigation of the present situation of long-distance oil and gas pipeline tunnels.The evaluation results can reflect the overall situation of the tunnel.The research results have reference value for the investigation and comprehensive evaluation of the present situation of long-distance pipeline tunnels in China.
