【Abstract】 In this paper, in order to treat the problem of different magnitude scales, the transform formulas for K and M L( K <12.0) or K and M S( K ≥12.0) have been obtainded and the tables of transform values also have been given on the basis of data analysis. These data include revised seismic catalg (1970～1990) in three countries′ boundary region (China, kirghizia and Kazakhstan) and edited seismic catalg(250～1990) in Tianshan area by us.更多还原
