【Abstract】 Since the establishment of the Emergency Management Department, higher requirements have been put forward for the organizational efficiency and coordination of comprehensive emergency events. Emergency communication requirements have been constantly improved. It is urgent to integrate and interconnect emergency systems with the Emergency Management Department video conferencing system. By introducing the basic situation of emergency management video conferencing system access to seismic system, combining with the application status of earthquake emergency video conferencing system, this paper analyzes the architecture characteristics of multilevel cross-network video conferencing system, and focuses on the analysis of cross-network segment "back-to-back" forwarding optimization technology scheme in the integration of video conferencing system to provide reference for similar application scenarios.更多还原
