双路点对点视频会议系统设计与实现
Design and implementation of dual point to point video conference system
【摘要】 地震系统实现与政府相关应急部门的单路点对点视频会议,为满足双方双路甚至多路的视频会议需求,采用编解码器的模数/数模转化技术,通过增加音视频切换器模块、音视频分配器模块和双绞线传输器模块,最终实现地震局值班室与应急办、指挥大厅与应急办的双路点对点视频会议,同时实现上海市地震局多路视频源信号与应急办传输功能,拓展沟通渠道,丰富通讯信息,保证信息传输及时有效。
【Abstract】 Seismic system has implemented the single point to point video conference between seismic system and relevant emergency services of government.In order to meet the dual,even multichannel video meeting demand,we use the analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog technology of codec and add the audio and video switcher module,audio and video distributor module,two pairs of twisted-pair transmitter module.Finally,we implemented the dual point to point video conference between emergency hall and the municipal government emergency office,and between emergency command hall and the municipal government emergency office.Meanwhile,we implemented the multi-channel video source signals transmission function between our administration and the emergency office,thus expanding bilateral channels of communication,enriching communication information,ensuring the timely and effective information transmission.
