【Abstract】 In this paper,the composition of automatic and rapid earthquake information reporting system is introduced,together with that of bridge monitoring and alarming system.By combining automatic and rapid earthquake information reporting technology with strong motion observing technology,an innovative bridge monitoring and alarming system which is able to record strong bridge motion and deal with real-time earthquake information is created.The application results show that the new system could enhance the function of strong motion observing system,thus better decision support for bridge management is provided.更多还原
