【Abstract】 The basic circumstances of the precursor observation network system upgrade and reconstruction in Fujian were overviewed.Some of the key technical issues in the concrete reconstruction and improve process of instrument are described.The renovating effect is summarized through the comparison of the data recorded during the parallel run period.The upgrade and reconstruction of "the ninth-five year plan" system provided better management and data services for the observation of the precursor network.更多还原
