【Abstract】 The value H of Hurst index is significant in earthquake prediction.The value H calculation program is encoded,the value H of the seismological parameters of the region of Liaoning is researched and analyzed,in order to explore the abnormal variation of the value H before the moderate-strong and strong earthquake.According to the result of the research,it can be determined that the probability of the earthquake with the magnitude higher t;han 5 in the coming two or three years is 0.75.更多还原
