基于ArcGIS Mobile的智能手机端的震中信息展示
The visualization of the epicentre information based on ArcGIS Mobile and smart phone
【摘要】 在Windows Mobile手机上实现地震短信的截获,并依据短信内容,利用ArcGIS Mobile实现震中区相关信息的展示,可在一定程度上满足应急人员对灾情信息的了解。
【Abstract】 It is realized to intercept and capture text message of earthquake messages on Windows Mobile phone.And then based on the text messages,we can realize to show the relevant information about epicentral area using ArcGIS Mobile.This technique facilitates the emergency personnel to understand the situation of a disaster in certain extent.
