【Abstract】 The accuracy and continuity of seismic observation data depend not only on the observation instrument,observation method and the observation technical level,but also on a good seismic observation environment.It is significant for data quality control,the earthquake prediction level improving and the law enforcement to investigating and evaluating the seismic station observation environment objectively and comprehensively,and establishing a seismic observation environment monitoring system.In this paper,the seismic observation environment investigation and assessment’s basis,contents,methods and tools are studied.And based on the current seismic observation environment monitoring situation,the relational database management system and B/S structure,a seismic environment monitoring system design framework are put forward.更多还原
