【Abstract】 The observation model for inter-regional interaction is established based on sharing the deformation data. The model can be used for affirming the unusual scope before the earthquake in gestation status. Through our analysis of the unusual reaction against two earthquakes that happened nearby Rudong two times on the July 9th, 2010, it is proved that few sets of connected tilt instruments can monitor the area of the unusual scope before the earthquake in gestation status.
